Privacy Policy

In connection with you making a purchase from us at teslify.se (559210-8780), there are a few personal data that we and our service partners will need to handle and store based on certain commitments, various laws and to actually fulfill our commitments to take care of your order for delivery and warranty commitments. Below is our and our suppliers' policy in accordance with GDPR on how we handle your personal data together and what protection you have. You can always take part in the data we store and you have the right to change, delete or request the transfer of your data as long as they do not affect laws and regulations or our commitments to be able to deliver your order.

■ Teslify - database.   All personal data is encrypted in our database. For 365 days after ordering, we at Teslify AB have access to: - Order number, name, address, telephone number, email address, products and IP number.   After 365 days, all personal data is deleted.

■ Teslify - accounting.   In our accounting (Visma) we only have what is required of us at a minimum according to the Accounting Act. This information is saved for 7 years and then automatically deleted. The information we save is: - Name, date, goods and amount.

■ QuickButik (Teslify's e-commerce provider) All completed information except card details and personal identification number provided on teslify.se is processed by QuickButik. After 24 months, all personal data is automatically anonymized and only the order remains anonymous. If you wish to have this done earlier, contact customer service, which will resolve the issue within 24 hours on weekdays.

■ Forwarders. In order to deliver your order, we share personal information with DHL. Digital signatures in the form of ID cards, driving licenses or passports are also saved when the goods have had identification requirements when released. The information that is saved is:   - Name, address, postal code, email address, mobile number, parcel number and any personal identification number. Saved for 6 months.

■ Payment services. Our payment services are handled by Svea, Nets, Stripe, Paypal and SEB. All personal data is handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

Newsletter.   Newsletters are sent via getanewsletter if the customer has chosen this. The information that is saved is: - Email address and first name.   Saved for as long as the customer wishes. An unsubscribe link is always included in the mailing.

Cookies. The cookies used do not contain any personal information. Session cookies are needed to complete a purchase. See the manual for your particular browser on how to set the use of cookies.

Generally   For you, as a private individual, the Distance Contracts Act and the Consumer Purchase Act apply, which have strict provisions, which means that the law applies, even though you have agreed otherwise. For companies, including sole traders, the Purchase Act applies, which is dispositive, which means that agreements between companies apply primarily before the law. We comply with the GDPR. When you, as a private individual, provide your information, you also agree that we store and use your personal data in our business in order to best fulfill our obligations to you. We protect your information in accordance with the GDPR, and you have the right to access the information and have it deleted if you so wish.

Should any condition be found to be invalid according to Swedish or EU law, this shall not mean that the purchase conditions in their entirety become invalid, but the invalid condition shall in that case be replaced with an equivalent legal text.

Abandoned shopping cart If you have added items to your shopping cart without completing the purchase, we will email you a reminder list of the products you added to your cart, provided that you:

  • subscribe to our newsletter,
  • or are a registered customer with us,
  • or have provided your email address to us in another way.

This is an extra customer service to make your purchase with us as smooth and easy as possible. You can recreate the shopping cart with all the items in it at any time or leave it. You therefore do not need to take any action if you do not wish to complete the purchase.

Price and availability of products are based on the time you add the products to your cart. We reserve the right to change prices slightly in connection with various promotions with expiration dates. Products may also be sold out.

Prices All prices listed are in Swedish kronor including VAT, currently 25%. All items are sold individually, even if there are multiple items in a picture, they are sold individually unless it is explicitly stated in the item description that they are sold in pairs or sets.

Minimum order value, excluding shipping, is 100,-.

Payment You can choose between the following payment methods:

* Card payment   We offer our customers the ability to easily and securely use card payments to pay for their purchases. We use, among other things, the payment gateway Svea, which in turn uses 3D Secure, which is a security feature when paying with Visa or MasterCard online. 3D Secure is also called Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. The feature means that in addition to entering their card details, the consumer also enters a password to confirm their purchase.

* Swish Feel free to Swish your payment! You can easily pay on the page that opens at checkout.

* Invoice We will send your invoice to the email address you have provided in your order. In order to use this service, you must enter your personal identification number. The prerequisite for you as a private individual to be able to shop against invoice is that you are registered in the Swedish population register and that you have reached the age of 18. The delivery address for your goods must be the same address as the one you are registered at. You must also not have any previous payment complaints. The invoice's payment terms are 14 days net. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of 60,- and late payment interest of 2% per month will be charged. We will email your invoice when we send your order.

* Company invoice

Credit check : When applying for payment via company invoice, a standard credit check is carried out, which may mean that a credit report is obtained.

Payment terms : The due date and other terms for a company invoice are stated on the invoice. When paying by invoice, payment must be received no later than 30 days from the invoice date. In the event of a delay in payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be charged and late payment interest of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made.

Transfer : All company invoices will be transferred to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 (“Svea Bank”). All payments in connection with the invoice shall be made to Svea Bank.

GDPR : When paying via company invoice, the invoice will be transferred to Svea Bank AB and we will then share the corporate customer's personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is the data controller for the receivables that we have transferred to Svea Bank. * Pick up at Fågel Fenix väg 3, Löddeköpinge   When picking up the goods from the warehouse, we will contact you when your goods are ready to be packed. You pick up the goods during our opening hours. Please note that the Distance Selling Act does not apply at that time, but it is open for purchase for one week according to the conditions that apply to a regular store purchase. The goods are reserved for you for one week.

Delivery   Orders received before 12:00 are normally shipped the same day. Normally, your order is available for collection the day after your order is shipped from us at DHL delivery locations. You will receive an email from us when your order has been shipped. Our ambition is that all items you have ordered will be packaged and delivered together. If any item you have ordered is backordered or sold out, we will notify you of this. If any product cannot be delivered within 5 non-holiday working days, we will notify you of this to give you the opportunity to approve a later delivery date or cancel the order. Each shipment receives a unique number that is used when you collect the package from your delivery location. If you specify your mobile number in the order, an SMS notification will be sent to your mobile phone.

Shipping cost Our shipping price is 69,-. The shipping price only applies to deliveries within Sweden. Free shipping for purchases over 1000,-. Only applies to the shipping method Pick up at agent. If you choose to use DHL Parcel, it costs 229,-, provided that you specify your company name as the recipient.

Unclaimed shipments   It is up to you as a customer to provide a valid and correct delivery address and mobile number. If for any reason we receive a package that has not been collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 400,-, regardless of the purchase amount, to cover our administrative costs, shipping and return shipping.

Delivery abroad We are happy to send goods outside Sweden against card payment/Paypal. A shipping cost of 79,- will be added for those in Denmark. Rest of Europe: 129,-.

Guarantees Teslify AB naturally follows the Consumer Purchase Act and provides at least a 6-month guarantee on all products. In most cases, we provide the same guarantees that we receive from the suppliers of our goods. That is, usually 1 year. This guarantee does not apply to: - Accident after you have received the goods. - Neglect. - Abnormal use of the goods. - If you have failed to follow the care and service instructions. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you can also always complain about manufacturing defects in a product up to three years after purchase.

Exchanges You have the full right to exchange our goods within 14 days of receiving the product, even if the packaging has been opened, but this assumes that it has not been used and that it is returned in good condition in its original packaging. When exchanging products, you are responsible for all return costs, such as shipping. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery for returns, so do not use this when you are sending your goods back, as they will not be redeemed. You will therefore receive the goods back and your return will not be accepted.

Complaint   If any item is damaged when you open the package, you must make a complaint to us, after which we will compensate you in an appropriate manner, either by means of a new equivalent item or a refund. You as a customer also do not have any shipping costs in connection with this, but we will of course pay your shipping costs. In case of a complaint; contact us via email: [email protected] and state that it concerns a complaint and we will help you in the best way possible. Remember that you assemble our products at your own risk, you cannot claim damages that have occurred in connection with the assembly or use of our products.

The Swedish Consumer Purchase Act/ARN gives you the right to complain about a product within 3 years, provided that the product was faulty at the time of delivery. But don't wait to report the fault, do it right away. In the event of disputes that we cannot resolve together, we recommend that you contact the Swedish Consumer Complaints Board. We always follow their recommendations.

Right of withdrawal You as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt, even if the item has been opened, but this requires that the item is returned in unused condition in its original packaging. If the item has been used, we will deduct the reduction in value we consider reasonable, all in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. The package must be packed with care and able to withstand everyday postal handling in large terminals. Therefore, be careful when returning items to us. As soon as we have received your returned items, we will refund the value of the item(s), we do NOT refund the shipping costs for returns as it is a service that has been consumed, within 10 days to the account you have specified. Your return must include your name, address and information on how we can refund your money.   Please note that we do not collect packages sent with Schenker Privatpaket as this is a service only between private individuals, nor cash on delivery. Please note that an uncollected shipment does NOT count as a return or cancelled purchase - you must always collect an ordered package, after which it is possible to return it.

Environment   We try to minimize our impact on the environment as much as possible. Therefore, we try to reuse the cartons and packaging that come with our deliveries as much as possible.

Other Minors (under 18 years of age) are not allowed to make purchases without the consent of a guardian. Teslify.se reserves the right to final sales and any printing errors or changes to technical data that are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee that the colors shown on the website accurately reflect the colors of the product in reality. How the color is displayed depends on the settings on your computer. All goods remain our property until full payment has been made. All attempted fraud and false orders will be reported to the police with legal consequences.
